ASAP - All Players, Volunteers, and Coaches Register Online
June 6 - Uniform Orders due to Kate Havican (all to Soccer Field directly after that point).
June 10 - First Payment Due (by check with Contract or by credit card online) or Plan to Submit a Scholarship Form/Payment Plan
June 20 - All Contracts (Birth Certificates for New Players) and Coach Registration Forms Due to Michelle Hummel (Plus a Copy of Driver's License for New Coaches).
June 20 - Scholarship Forms Due to Rich Stevenson (in Coach's Room Box, email to sintotpa@tampabay.rr.com, or mail to: 36181 Eastlake Road #215, Palm Harbor, FL, 34685).
July 9 - USA Senior Applications Due (& ELSA check), if you miss the deadline, your team does not play this year: Go to usa-soccer.org, to register your team online, make sure you know your codes for your team: ELS C2 plus the team number. Team numbers are listed on the attachment to this email in the first column. You must give Dianne Gualu (dgulau@tampabay.rr.com) enough time to get a check to you, do not wait until the last minute.

- Register yourself as a Volunteer for your player's Program/Team (and be sure the coach does as well, particularly if he/she does not have a child on the team).
- Make use of the password-protected Team Page to access Player, Parent, and Sponsor Contact Information, to email all players, to post messages and documents, and share important information, pictures, schedules, etc.
- To access your Team Page, click the Team Pages tab above, then click on your team name to navigate to your page.
- Get all of your paperwork in ASAP. Note contact information, email, FAX numbers to the left.
- Encourage your parents to Sponsor your team at all levels. Note the new Arsenal Friends Program ($100 - $299). Sponsors will receive recognition on the team page as well as a Team Photo at season's end. Arsenal Friends allows the team and its families to quickly and easily collect payments in order to build up the team account (with no checks or deposits, etc.). As with all sponsorhsips, 10% is given back to East Lake Soccer.
- Any managers wanting more in-depth player information provided from within CMI, email kellyraymond@tampabay.rr.com. You can also be given more in-depth access to your Team's Program if you are so computer-inclined!
